Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

Orders are shipped directly from our designer partners as well as suppliers. 
All orders can be shipped via express shipping or via standard shipping.  
The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes incurred. 
Multiple purchases from different designers will arrive at different times via different packages. 

 

Returns: 

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective upon arrival. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn with tags attached. Email the order number to: scopestyle@scopemedia.com as well as a reason for the return and we will get back to you with further instructions. 

 

Easy Order Cancellation:

Changed your mind about an order? If it did not ship yet then we can cancel it for you ASAP! Email the order number to: scopestyle@scopemedia.com as well as a reason for the cancellation (not mandatory, but appreciated) and we will be sure to cancel the order and refund 100% of your money to your original method of payment.
